First RESIST workshop

We are pleased to inform you that the First RESIST Workshop will take place from May 5–7, 2025, at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš, Serbia. The workshop is organized by the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš, Serbia and IHP – Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronics, Frankfurt Oder, Germany, as part of the DFG project “Cross-Layer Reliability Assessment of Electronic Systems – RESIST.”

The ultimate goal of RESIST project is to establish a sustainable collaboration between IHP and ELFAK in the field of cross-layer reliability assessment of electronic systems. The knowledge transfer will enable both partners to broaden their research scope. Additionally, this project will lay the foundation for preparation of joint research projects and joint supervision of students.
