We are pleased to inform you that the First RESIST Workshop will take place from May 5–7, 2025, at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš, Serbia. The workshop is organized by the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš, Serbia (ELFAK) and IHP – Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronics, Frankfurt Oder, Germany, as part of the DFG project “Cross-Layer Reliability Assessment of Electronic Systems – RESIST.”

The First RESIST Workshop received funding from the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation), project number: 551672220. The Workshop is supported by: IEEE Serbia and Montenegro Section, IEEE Electron Devices/Solid State Chapter Society, IEEE Student Branch Niš, IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group and Twinning for Excellence in Adaptive Edge AI (AIDA4Edge) project.
The ultimate goal of RESIST project is to establish a sustainable collaboration between IHP and ELFAK in the field of cross-layer reliability assessment of electronic systems. The knowledge transfer will enable both partners to broaden their research scope. Additionally, this project will lay the foundation for preparation of joint research projects and joint supervision of students.
